Returns

We accept returns for eligible products within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
• The item must be in its original condition with all tags attached.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Customized or personalized products.
• Products purchased during clearance or final sale promotions.
• Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
• Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging.

After verification, we will offer:

• A replacement, or
• A full refund, as applicable.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for size-related issues subject to product availability. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Customers may be responsible for shipping charges associated with exchanges unless the product received was defective or incorrect.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Shipping Charges

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
